DELIVERY
All orders are shipped no later than 72 working hours after receipt. If you need urgent delivery, contact us, we are occasionally miracle makers.
Product availability and additional costs for express delivery may affect your query. Do not forget that our superb products leave from Abitibi!
All orders will be prepared and posted from Abitibi-Témiscamingue (J9Y1T6) and as we are a little further away geographically, your package may take a few more days to reach.
Orders within CANADA will be delivered via PUROLATOR OR CANADA POST
Xpresspost shipments in Canada will be delivered within 3 days of preparation, with $ 100 liability coverage and a tracking number available upon request. Contact us if you want your tracking number.
Standard Parcels in Canada do not include insurance and take 2-9 business days for delivery. There is no insurance for this type of shipment, but a tracking number will be provided to us. Contact us if you want your no. spotting.
For shipments, it is also possible to see the Expedibus options for Quebec and Northern Ontario. The deliveries are very fast and affordable. We always suggest the most economical method for your type of order.
DELIVERY IN OCCUPIED PERIOD
Our busiest times are before Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and especially Christmas. Please allow additional order preparation time, it may take 7 to 14 days to prepare your order during these periods. From January to May, orders will leave once a week. ORDER PACKAGING
For ecological reasons we recycle our inboxes and those of the household. For large orders, don't be surprised to see everything arrive in a case of diapers for example.

REFUND & EXCHANGE
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept any return of merchandise. If you wish to cancel your order and it is already being delivered, we will not be able to offer you a refund. However, if you have any problems, questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Please mention the number of your order and a brief description of the problem (error or missing item in your order). If we believe we have made a mistake, we will contact you for details on returns, exchanges & refunds. We will then provide you with the appropriate form. We care about your satisfaction.
