A little history…
 
One evening in January 2014, a friend passionate about knitting called me to ask me to create something for her cracked hands from sticking the needle in the same place like a well-oiled machine. All knitters know that winter is hell with the heating of the house, the dry cold of winter and the wool that “drinks” as the hands become hydrated with the passage of the yarn. . She was knitting a rabbit shawl, a very delicate natural wool, for a colleague's retirement.
 
 
 
I went to my workshop determined and I tested, tested, corrected and retested… after a good fifteen versions, I brought him the version that I found to my liking. A revelation! From the first application, the wool no longer snagged the large crevice of his index finger. The next morning, the crack was halfway healed… 48 hours later, everything was gone! She said to me: “Pat, you have to sell this product, it’s too HOT! ".
 
 
 
At my next salon kiosk, I was going to sell 40 balms in 2 hours and make them all night for customers who were going to come back the next day to pick up their reservation…
 
 
 
In 2018, Laines Biscottes made their official balm. Workers, miners and handymen have also adopted it. We have saved the thighs of many ladies from the hands of sandpaper! HaHa!
